| This organization of professional scientists and those interested in science is one of the top voices promoting the proper practice of science in the US and internationally. They publish Science magazine - the prestigious, weekly journal detailing the latest research news and new products for professionals. Science magazine is a prime source of science news and information to researchers, policy makers and the public. The association�s goal for over 150 years of its history has been to promote science education and cooperation between scientists. They provide the authoritative information to advance science in society and facilitate communication between professionals and the society. They are also active in sponsoring reports, meetings and briefings on topics addressed to the media and lawmakers. Anyone can become a member by paying the annual membership dues, which includes the Science subscription.
