Image BIOFEEDBACK
Biofeedback claims that a person is able to use sensory perception felt in "good" experiences and situations and repeat those at later times in order to alter bad moments or initiate good ones. The practice of biofeedback is promoted by self-help gurus and applied to any human situation or pursuit. By capturing specific brain waves, it is claimed, the "ingredients" that are put into a successful or "good" moment can be defined and repeated. In order to do so, the individual is told to put failures "out of mind" and concentrate on the conditions which caused previous successes. Biofeedback has also been termed brain wave sensing.
