EXPERIMENT
Create
the feeling of weightlessness!
Stand
in a doorway with your arms hanging down by your sides and
your palms facing your body. Move your hands out from your
body and press the backside of each hand against the door
frame. Press your hands hard against the frame for at least
thirty seconds. Now step forward, away from the doorway and
let your arms relax by your sides. Your arms should rise all
on their own.
